How long does the admission process take?
The timeframe depends on the company’s readiness. Typically, the process takes 4–6 months from the initial assessment to admission.
Can you act as Paying Agent for a company that isn’t a listed company or a NOMAD client?
Yes. Our Paying Agency services are available to both listed and unlisted companies, as well as bond issuers, regardless of whether they are existing Nominated Adviser (NOMAD) clients of Mega Equity.
